The recent outbreak of H1N1 viruses has created problem to several people. This outbreak started from Mexico and it was noted with evidence that Mexico was already in the midst of swine epidemic before the outbreak was recognized. Within a very few period of time the virus started spreading through out world and due to this swine epidemic the World Health Organization (WHO) declared it as a pandemic.

The main reason behind this swine epidemic Mechanical Banks a new strain of influenza A virus subtype H1N1, referred to as the novel H1N1. According to the scientist it is a reassortment of four known strain of influenza A virus. The transmission of the new strain is human to human.

This virus can be spread due to coughing, touching contaminated surfaces or nose or mouth, sneezing etc. It could become a cause of fever, sore throat, headache, sneezes, coughs, muscle or joint pains. For this reasons US Center for Tarzan Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended that those who have symptoms like this should stay home from their work, school, and crowded area. Some expert suggest that people with this type of symptoms should consult with their doctors before visiting the room an emergency room full of patients as this could put them in more danger specially for a pregnant women.

WHO has advised that this Epidemic can take a larger form during the remainder of 2009 and into 2010. This is a greatest threat to people nowadays. The Mayo Clinic suggested everyone to do vaccination when available, maintain a balance diet with fresh fruit and vegetables, adequate sleep, normal exercise and keep away from crowds to prevent themselves from H1N1 epidemic.
