May peace come soon!

She received her call from Creator in the fall of ‘92, and was then taught by the great prophet Elijah for four years. She was given four assurances by Creator when He called her. Monday’s Are Still OK

Monday, October 27th, 2008

I think a lot, anti depressants as I think about Mondas, I am still unsure why we look at structured settlement consumer info one day cure for impotence than the other six. Days are gifts. Ask a terminally ill person.

This post is a follow-up to an earlier article about Mondays, and I have added some thoughts as a way of getting us to think even more. You’ll find it’s not really about a day at all.

Communication. The word itself is foreign to many. It strikes fear into the hearts of some. We walk around in the midst of people and we have our head down with our ipod turned up as loud as we can take it, all the while feeding our minds with whatever that sound emits. And we miss our chances… chances to interact, chances to be available, chances to make a person feel valued.

I remember being in New York City a few years back. My wife Cornelia and I were walking down toward the theatre district. We were there with our friends Leisa, Yolanda, and Kim. At this time however, we were alone. We have traveled extensively, and there is a familiar scene that you cannot overlook, especially later in the evening or first thing in the morning. Them. What you and I see are referred to as “them.”

We have always been aware of the destitute. Some refer to them as “them” even today. You’ve seen them. Those who live on the streets for whatever reason. I have come to appreciate and recognize their unique dependence on kindness. This dependence is a result, I believe, of the absolute possibility that kindness from someone, at some point, somehow might have opened their eyes to hope. It is never too late to offer hope to one who needs it.

We were walking and we came upon a little withered, bent over woman who spoke no English. She was disheveled, desperate, and cold. It was the dead of winter and she wore no more than a tattered sweater over a long dress. I watched as my wife bent down with her and took her red hands in hers. She immediately removed her fancy gloves and helped the startled woman into them. The woman smiled and rubbed her hands warmly as we fell all over ourselves to cure for impotence her some money.

I have witnessed many acts of kindness. I have participated in my own. I have watched my son repeat, with precision, something I know he witnessed his father doing. I am alive with the knowledge that we hold the keys (goodness and truth) to the kingdom of heaven. We each have one of our very own. A key that is. This key is a divinely-inspired place that resides in each of us. It is actually aching to be utilized. It is purposeful, and I am convinced that with each act of goodness and truth, we bring ourselves closer to God and ever closer to using our key.

Peace — jb

Choosing a Time Frame For Your Direct Sales Fundraiser

Sunday, October 26th, 2008

Hosting fundraisers in direct sales is a wonderful way to find new customers and to possibly recruit new team members.

Choosing the mortgage calculator refinance of time you’ll host the fundraiser is crucial to the fundraisers success.

My suggestion is to consider starting your fundraiser on a Thursday and running it for twelve days. Your fundraiser would then end on a Monday. By running it for twelve days starting on Thursday, you’ll capture two weekends.

One mistake I’ve seen is fundraisers that last too long. As a distributor I know you want more sales and I know you want to allow more opportunity, but what happens is folks procrastinate as they know they still have a week or two left.

If you cut the fundraiser short, you’ll miss out on sales from those who might be busy during the short timeframe and might not have the opportunity to sell the products. By offering twelve days, this car insurance cheap almost always fit into anyone’s schedule.

It might be helpful to create a timeline for the fundraising participants. Your timeline might look like this:

Thursday - Look through the catalog and begin letting your family and friends know you’ll be cheap hard drive recovery orders to help support the organization.
Friday-Sunday - Make sure you take the fundraising catalog with you through the weekend. Also take plenty of order forms and pens to document the orders.
Monday-Friday - Continue taking orders and begin to assemble the order forms so that you can turn them in on Monday.
Friday-Sunday - Again, take your fundraising catalog with you to all your weekend activities. If you’re at a sports event, let the other parents know what you’re doing. If you’re at the beach with friends, let them know how they can help the organization.
Monday - Submit all orders and payment before 5:00 p.m.

I really believe that by holding the fundraiser over a buy Prozac online period you maximize the amount of sales.

6 Unique Decorating Tips For Halloween

Saturday, October 25th, 2008

Thinking about decorating for Halloween? Here are some tips on what you can do to make your home stand out from Ritalin rest!

  1. Fake Spider Webs - Creating fake spider webs is not complicated yet you see so many people decorating their homes with clumps of cotton that looks like they were taken out of the bag and thrown on the wall. Try to make it look somewhat realistic. Stretch the cotton material until it becomes a silky transparent thread. You want it to look real enough that it will fake a real spider. Another idea for spider webs is using dark threading hanging from the ceiling in front of the door. Note: this will only work in a dark setting. Wet the strings so when guests enter your house they’ll walk through the web and get freaked out!
  2. Floating Skulls - This is one of my favorites. You need a TV or monitor, a DVD (preferable) or a VCR, a video of a head or skull, a large sheet of glass or plexiglass. Lay the TV/Monitor facing up right below the window where you want the image displayed. Have the top of the TV/Monitor facing the wall. Place the glass or plexiglass above the TV at a 45 degree angle where one side is resting on the bottom of the TV and the other side is resting on the window. Make sure the video of the skull is adjusted where the area surrounding the head is dark. The end result is a floating head in the window. For more dramatic effects, you may want to add a background surrounding the area.
  3. Lighting - You want to create the right ambiance. Replace the light bulbs on your chandelier and your front porch with a black light. You can even add a strobe light for a more
  4. Tomb Stones - These are pretty easy to make. You need Styrofoam which you can get from a local arts and crafts store or Lowes, grey primer, and acrylic paint. Cut out the shape for the tomb stone, paint it with primer, and write the epitaph. Roughen the edges to give it a weathered look. You can also create a cross with two pieces of boards and nail them together in a shape of a cross. You may want to break pieces off the end or burn parts of the cross to make it appear old or weathered.
  5. Birds - You can add fake crows and perch them on a tree, bush, or anywhere in your front yard.
  6. Michael Meyers in the windows - This is relatively easy. Get a jump suit from a thrift store or ask a mechanics garage for an old outfit, get the Michael Meyers cash from structured settlement which can be found in virtually any Halloween store, get some construction gloves, newspaper, a fake or dull kitchen knife, double stick tape, a long stick with bottom support or a coat hanger with removable hangers, and a directional light. Stuff the jumpsuit with all of the newspapers. Stick long newspapers in the forearms so that the newspaper sticks out of the sleeves later to be used to stuff the gloves. Stuff the mask with newspaper loan consolidation student well. Cut a hole in the butt are of the jumpsuit and stick the support through until it reaches out of the neck area. Stick the mask on top of this portion of the support. Use the double stick tape and wrap it around the knife and close one of the gloves around the knife. Stand the figure in front of a window and sildenafil the light facing up so that it shines on Michael Meyers face.

Halloween is the one time out of the year where you can pretend to be anything you want and express yourself freely without being judged. How to Create More Time in Your Life

However, the paradox is that while you’re waiting for more time to appear, you’re creating more of not homeowners insurance quotes online enough time. This is because you are demonstrating through your thoughts and actions that you choose to not have enough time by acting and behaving as if you don’t. The more you say, “I just don’t have enough time to do the things I want” and go about your day pushing away all the things you’d rather be doing, the more you create that very circumstance.

People don’t want an abundance of time simply for the sake of having a bunch of time on their hands. People want more time so they can do things they enjoy. So if you want more time to do what you want, start by making a decision that you will set aside an amount of time each day or a few days a week to do something you really want to do. The more you do the things you prefer doing, the more you state that this is what you prefer and you will find that more time will open up for you. But I’d be more than happy to meet with you later today or tomorrow.” I’m sure your friend will understand and will probably be glad you’re finally doing something for yourself.

All of the things you want to do are meaningful to you in some way or another. If you are ignoring them, you are denying an important aspect of your overall growth. A Three Step Solution to the Selling Dilemma

Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

Recently consolidate my student loans began working with a new client, a brand new franchisee of an outstanding franchise system, who told me,

“I’d like you to know something about me right away. I’ve attended sales trainings before and I just won’t do the ‘car salesman’ thing!”

“Well,” I replied, “Thank goodness… because that’s exactly the opposite of what I’ll be coaching you to do.”

Today’s business owners are really uncomfortable with the old 1950’s way of selling. And so are today’s customers.

The trouble is,many of these same business owners and customers have never experienced a kinder way of selling.

Which IRS lawyer where I step in, ever so gently.

If you’re a franchisee in a solid franchise system, or an owner of an independent small business, you probably bought your particular business because you like the concept …and because you feel good about sharing that concept with others.

What you may not have realized is that ’sharing’ your concept is equivalent to ’selling’ your concept.

“Yikes! You mean I have to sell,” you say.

If that sounds like you or your franchisees, here are three steps to finding a solution to the ’selling’ dilemma.

1. Realize that ’selling’ is nothing more than building a new relationship.

2. As in any relationship, you will be getting to know each other.

3. While sometimes you will talk, it is even more important that you listen.

If I’m meeting a prospective customer for the first time, I like to start by saying, “Hi. My name is Flo and I’m with a company called Franchise Coaching Systems. I’ll be happy to tell you more in a bit, but first I’d like to learn about you.”

I then follow up with three questions:

Question #1: “How is it that you spend your time?”

And then I listen!

When my new acquaintance is finished, I acknowledge what I heard, as in,

“You sound happy when you talk about what you do…you obviously enjoy it.”

Then I’ll add,

Question #2: “Are you aaa car insurance quote at all with Franchise Coaching Systems?”

Then, whether the debtfree direct is ‘yes’ or ‘no’, I will make this request.

Question #3: “Would you like to spend a few moments hearing about what we do?”

This is called ‘Permission-Based Communication’.

It honors your prospect’s time…and interest level.

If they say, ‘yes’, as they almost always do, keep your description brief and light.

End by saying, “If there’s ever anything I can do for you, it would be my pleasure.”

Then, if the conversation ends there, exchange business cards or contact information, and commit to reaching out when you return home via email, phone, or a personal note.

The follow up should be short and positive, as in:

“I really enjoyed our short conversation on Monday. Is there anything I can do for you?”

How simple is this?

That, my friends, is a kinder and gentler way of selling.

Socialization Opportunities For Homeschoolers

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008

Most homeschoolers get asked the question, “What about Socialization?” If you have been home schooling for any length of time, you can just smile because you know there are plenty of opportunities for socialization. Homeschool children interact with people much more than people think. Here are some opportunities for socialization:

1. Extracurricular Activities - These can be paid for by the parents donating car offered free through the community. Your child can take classes like gymnastics, ballet, dance, pottery, jewelry making, drawing, tennis, golf, martial arts, swimming, babysitting classes, and many other community activities.

2. Homeschool Support Group or Cooperative Events - Many home school groups offer weekly or monthly classes or events. There are also seasonal events like Science fairs, spelling bees, and field trips. Some groups even have talent nights or offer special rates for lessons at area businesses. There may also be opportunities to attend special musical or theatrical performances as a group.

3. Socializing with siblings and parents - Many people overlook the fact that home school children usually have to interact with their family members all day long. Those are sometimes the most challenging relationships to maintain. Children learn many problem solving skills when interacting with members of their own family all day.

4. Community Sponsored Activities - Many communities have recreation departments that offer team sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball and more. Don’t overlook bowling leagues and swim teams either. Some communities also have community choirs, bands and drama groups where your children can participate.

5. Church Activities - Sports teams can be a great outreach opportunity for local churches. Look for these so your children can participate too. Choir and band programs are sometimes available for children to perform and learn. Youth groups sometimes need members to perform in a band playing an instrument or singing. If your church doesn’t have a program like these, then maybe you and your children could start one.

6. School Activities - Many schools will allow your children to participate in choir, drama and art classes. For younger grades there are various Biddy programs that are open to all the children in the community. Students are always welcome to attend sporting events when they pay admission. The Most Important Aspect to Marketing Your Business

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

When we consider the many ways to market our businesses, we usually think about these types of online strategies:

* posting generic Viagra blog entry

* sending an ezine or newsletter

* article marketing

* using Google AdWords

* search engine optimization (SEO)

* creating more incoming links to our web site

There’s a key strategy that’s more important than any of these. To be effective, refiance mortgage need to be done consistently over a period of Acaznitfximavy Not one of these strategies will help your business if mortgage co focus on it once and then move on to another strategy.

So the most important aspect to marketing your business is to develop a system - a routine that helps you implement your chosen strategies consistently over time to yield the results you’re looking for.

As an example, I’ll share my weekly marketing routine. It includes several, but not all, of the marketing strategies listed above.

* Monday: Post a blog entry.
This adds content to my site, and since my blog software automatically “pings” several dozen blog directories, links to the post on my site will be created in these directories. Also, I’ve set up a system that emails each blog post to my subscriber list, so this one action is leveraged in several ways.

* Tuesday: Submit an article.
I use a service that submits my article to hundreds of article directories and ezine publishers. And the article is usually a slightly modified version of the blog post from Monday, further leveraging that content.

* Wednesday: Add a message to all appropriate autoresponders.
I have various prospect and customer autoresponder lists. Often, we set up autoresponders with some initial messages, and broadcast messages to them when we have an announcement to make. But that leaves long periods of time when we’re not communicating with the people on these lists at all. So Wednesday’s task is to add a new message to the end of as many autoresponder series as appropriate. This message might sell the “original” product to a prospect list, or cross-promote another product to a prospect or customer list.

* Thursday: Build joint venture or affiliate relationships.
This task could be creating a new affiliate resource or touching base with a JV partner. It could include research or initial contact with a potential JV partner. Or it might be writing a new JV partner agreement. The point is to support and build better relationships with those who have agreed, or might agree, to help sell my products.

* Friday: Post comments on selected blogs and forums.
Using a list of blogs and forums with topics related to my business, find some posts where I can add a useful comment. I also use Google Alerts and some software to find additional appropriate blogs and forums to post comments to. This practice is beneficial in two ways. First, people who read these posts and find my comment valuable may decide to click my link and visit my site. Second, these links pointing to my site are helpful for SEO.

Currently, I’m implementing this weekly calendar myself, but clearly much of it can be done by an assistant or outsourced.

You may very well design a different set of marketing strategies for your business than I have for mine. In particular, mine are all online strategies and you may have offline marketing strategies as well. The point is to create a system that encourages you to be consistent over time in implementing your strategies or they just won’t work well.
